I was sent a planner from Walt Disney World Travel Prep to review for this post. My opinions and thoughts are 100% my own.
EEK! It’s getting closer and closer to our WDW trip! I have a countdown on my phone and we are ready to go…well wait. How am I ever going to remember everything!?
We have this deal when going to Disney. Each member gets to pick one thing they really want to do. We make sure each of those things gets accomplished and agree that everything else will be icing on our cake. Now we go often and it’s overwhelming the amount of things we want, have, and still have not done on our vacay. If you’re a first timer or only timer it can be overwhelming and down right crazy trying to remember everything.
I am a paper pencil kind of gal. Years of Kindergarten has stuck with me and quite frankly all the apps-well they never really allow me to combine everything. Enter the Walt Disney Planner. Sweet Carla created an amazing planner and has done all the work for me. I simply picked which set I liked and bam it was in my email ready to print out and go! Oh and by the way she has an entire website devoted to WDW tips!
Walt Disney Travel Prep has an etsy shop where you can view all your options! I received the Ultimate Planner, Planner Cover, and Halloween extension pack-eek Halloween….I probably needed that one the most.
The Ultimate Planner includes a ton of pages so you can customize your planner. It includes reservation info for your hotel and flight, park pages so you can add details like who has fireworks what day, what show I want to go to, what ride must I ride and so much more. There are also hourly breakdowns in case you’re super Type A-which I may or may not be uhem.
I completely appreciated the month and week out page-this way I can keep track of what I need to do to keep our vacation planning under control.
The park pages help me keep track of that must do list and remember what snack we are hoping to try-cinnamon buns and brew at Gaston’s this time! Oh and you read that right I’m hoping to get Row’s first haircut-only a curl if you please at the barber shop.
Carla has really thought of everything! The graphics are cute but not overwhelming so everything is easy to read and keep track of. I bought a small binder to put our planner in so it will tuck easily into my carry on. Oh and a pocket in the front to slide my cute planner cover into.
My life saver page will probably be my Halloween extension pack. This is our first time going to the Not So Scary Halloween Party so I need to have my mind on what we will be doing-everything! I mean they have cotton candy that is shaped and in the colors of candy corn come on.
Oh and one more thing! Carla at Walt Disney Travel Prep is offering up-wait for it-wait for it is giving away 5 Ultimate Planners, Covers, and a choice of extension pack to 5 lucky readers!!!!!!! You know you want one.
Leave a comment telling me what would be your top pick on your WDW to do list to add into your planner! Good luck my fellow Disney Geeks! Don’t forget to add you email on one of the entries so I can contact you if you win!

I defin I tell would add the Festival of Fantasy parade to my planner, it’s a family favorite! Second must do would be the Electrical Parade!
Top thing for me is to add the important dates – 180 days for ADRs, 60 for FP+ and 45 for payment in full.
I haven’t been to Disney in YEARS! We are looking into a trip after our Disney Cruise. On my list, I would have to say the safari and the haunted mansion. My daughter would probably pick anything that involves meeting the characters. 🙂
Jealous-I definitely need to go on the cruise!
LOVE! I finally get to book our ADR’s on Sunday for our Christmas trip–so pumped! This planner is awesome!
OOHH! I hope you get the ADR’s you want! If not check back often! That Christmas expansion set would be awesome for you!
Our family wants to go to Disney so badly! This would be the perfect thing to keep track of all our plans leading up to our trip. How perfect!
It is helping me keep track of everything! I wish I had it the previous years.
I just love this. My parents and sister are at Disney Land right now!! Wish I knew about this sooner so I could send it to her. But I will remember it for when we go next time. Thanks for sharing!
It’s the 60th year anniversary at Disneyland this year! Lucky dogs! The have some amazing specials snacks there this year.I hope they get some!
We are going to Disney in November with our three princesses, and I’d love a planner! We are really looking forward to surprising them with breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table and a trip to BBB right after!
How fun Sarah!!! November is the perfect time too!
For me, my top pick would be shopping and dining in EPCOT.
Shopping in Japan is high on my list too! I hear the Germany treats are amazing!
What a cute planner! A WDW trip for me isn’t complete without a ride on Tower of Terror and a viewing of Wishes. So fun!
I’m excited about HalloWishes!!!!
I would add going on the haunted mansion and going to be our guest for dinner!
We got a BOG lunch ressie! So excited!
