I have been trying to add as many crockpot recipes to our rotation. Because come on-crockpot easy!!!
This weekend I made Crockpot Chicken Fajitas and they were super good and so easy!
3 boneless/skinless chicken breats-thawed
1 whole green pepper
1 whole red pepper
1 large yellow onion
taco seasoning pouch
Line your crockpot with a crockpot liner for added awesomeness and less cleaning. Dice peppers and onion-I love onions!!! I should have added another one actually.
Place in the bottom of the crockpot. Add whole chicken breasts on top of the veggies. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top. I actually like to use only half a seasoning packet at a time.
Cook for 4-6 hours. I cooked for 6 hours but I believe 5 hours would have done it.
Remove and shred chicken with two forks add chesse and tortillas and bam-you’re done!
These would also be really good over rice or as nachos!!!!
